Britt Thurman, has worked in the museum field for over a decade. She received her BA in History from the University of Idaho and MA in Museum Studies from the University of Kansas. She has worked at museums of varying sizes in multiple parts of the country, primarily in community engagement, accessibility, education, and exhibit design.

Annette Nolting, was born and raised in North Idaho and is now raising her own family here. She has her bachelors in Business Administration from Lewis-Clark State College, and quickly took an interest in the non-profit field. Her career in non-profit most recently includes the Development Director for Safe Passage, and previously with Coeur d’Alene Summer Theatre as their Managing Director.

Jordan Thomas, has a passion for history. She received her Masters degree in Modern History, specializing on the California Trail, from Aberystwyth University and has worked for ancestry.com, the California Trail Interpretive Center, and most recently as the director of the Northern Pacific Depot Museum in Wallace. Jordan is responsible all youth and public programs at MONI, in addition to volunteer coordination and event rentals.

The Museum is a private nonprofit 501(c)(3) corporation. The organization is overseen by a twelve-member Board of Directors.
