A graceful, lyric overview of the history of the Coeur d'Alene region, In All the West begins with a peek at the lives of the Coeur d'Alene Indians, and then traces the early days of the area's colorful locales, including Worley, Rathdrum, Spirit Lake, Bayview, Lakeview, Athol, Chilco, Hayden Lake, Post Falls, Harrison, and Coeur d'Alene.
For its relatively recent discovery, the Panhandle of North Idaho is rich in history, and this book documents the progress in remarkable detail.
