Youth & Family Programs

The Museum of North Idaho offers memorable programs for students. Whether presented at the Museum or at your school, programs meet the needs of your grade level and curriculum requirements.

All of our school programs allow students to engage firsthand with the past, combining experiential learning with artifact and document study. Please inform us at the time of registration of any special accommodations needed. Homeschool groups are welcome and encouraged to take advantage of our many educational opportunities.

Plan a field trip to the Museum of North Idaho, located next to the Coeur d'Alene City Park. The Museum is open Tuesday through Saturday, April 1st through October 29th. Group visits can be scheduled as early as 9:30 am. Financial assistance is available for Title 1 schools.

To book your visit, please submit the Field Trip Reservation Form found below. You may also contact our Programs Manager at (208) 664-3448 x 1 or email with any questions.
