Youth & Family Programs

The Museum of North Idaho offers memorable programs for students. Whether presented at the Museum or at your school, programs meet the needs of your grade level and curriculum requirements.

Financial assistance is available for transportation to the Museum of North Idaho. The school’s transportation department can submit an invoice to the Museum for reimbursement.

All of our school programs allow students to interact firsthand with the past, combining experiential learning with artifact and document study. Please inform us at the time of registration of any special accommodations needed. Homeschool groups are welcome and encouraged to take advantage of our many educational opportunities.

Plan a field trip to the Museum of North Idaho located next to the Coeur d'Alene City Park. Hours are Tuesday through Saturday, April 1st through October 31st. Group visits can be scheduled as early as 9:30 am.

If you have any questions, please contact Kandi Johnson, Education and Programs Manager, at (208) 664-3448 x 1 or email
